How the Process Works?

 Step 1: Intake
Our team will host an intake call to receive full details on vacancies you are looking to permanently fill. We will then get a full understanding of the profile of the candidate needed, before explaining the process in full. You will be provided with our terms of business and documents which explain our seamless process further.

 Step 2: Sourcing & Screening
We will begin sourcing by using our database of suitable candidates before advertising to the public across multiple job boards and social media platforms with a combined 6500+ following. Our team will also utilise direct reachouts through LinkedIn and Indeed.

 Step 3: Interview
Our team will interview all suitable candidates sourced and interested in the opportunity at hand. From this point we will implement a thorough interview process to ensure the candidate is an excellent fit.

 Step 4: Onboarding & Handover
On completion of a successful interview, our team will work with the candidate to gather all required personal documents, training certificates and qualifications. These will be combined into a handover document to be sent back to you, the client, to review.

 Step 5: Confirmation
Once you have given approval and decide to proceed with our proposed candidate, the service will end. A service fee will then be required to be paid as per our terms of business.
